Returns policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means that you have 14 days from receiving the goods to submit a return request.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it – unworn and unused, with its tags and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase (e.g. the order confirmation or invoice) is also required for a return.

Starting a return

Please do not send us any parcel until you have agreed the return with us in advance by email and received our confirmation. Parcels returned without prior agreement may not be accepted.

Once the return has been approved, we will send you instructions on how and where to return the parcel. Depending on the specific situation, the return label (payment for the return shipping) may be borne either by us or by the customer – we will confirm this in our correspondence.

Damage and issues

Please check your order immediately after receiving it. If the item is defective or damaged, or you have received the wrong item, contact us by email as soon as possible, attaching photos of the damage or defect and your order number. Together we will find a suitable solution (repair, replacement or refund, depending on the situation and the law).

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or model, the quickest way is as follows:
1) submit a return request for the item you have;  
2) once the return has been confirmed, place a separate new order for the item you want.

This way we can make sure that the new item does not sell out in the meantime.

This return policy forms part of the general terms and conditions of sale of the ME KNIT OÜ online shop. 

European Union 14-day right of withdrawal

As we ship goods within the Republic of Estonia (a member state of the European Union), you also have the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. This means that you have the right to withdraw from a purchase made in the online shop within 14 days for any reason, without giving a specific reason.

As stated above, the returned item must be in the same condition, unworn and unused, with its tags and in its original packaging, and you must have proof of purchase. The detailed procedure for exercising the right of withdrawal and the specific rules (including the exceptions where the right of withdrawal does not apply) are set out in our terms and conditions of sale.

Refunds

We will notify you by email once we have received and inspected your return, and tell you whether the refund has been approved.

If the refund is approved, we will transfer the money back to the same bank account or card that was used to pay for the order. For bank link and card payments, the refund is made via MONTONIO FINANCE OÜ (14557628).

We generally make the refund within 10 working days of the return being approved. Please note that the processing time of the bank or card company may further extend the time it takes for the money to actually appear in your account.
