14-day right of withdrawal

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from a purchase made in the online shop within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.

Starting a return

Send a notice of withdrawal to info.meknit@gmail.com within 14 days. Include the order number, your name and the item you are returning. We will reply with instructions on how and where to send the parcel. You must return the goods within 14 days of sending the notice.

Condition of the item

You may try the item on as you would in an ordinary shop. Please return the item unworn, clean and, if possible, with its tags. If the item shows signs of use or wear, we may reduce the amount refunded in proportion to the diminished value of the item.

Return costs

We cover the transport costs of the return. We will send you return instructions and, if needed, a return code.

Damage and issues

Please check your order immediately after receiving it. If the item is defective or damaged, or you have received the wrong item, write to us as soon as possible, attaching photos and your order number. Together we will find a solution: repair, replacement or refund, depending on the situation and the law. You can submit a claim about a defective item within two years of receiving the goods.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or colour, submit a return request for the item you have and place a new order for the item you want. That way the new item will not sell out in the meantime.

Refunds

We will refund the money without delay, and no later than 14 days after receiving the notice of withdrawal, including the original delivery charge. We may withhold the refund until we have received the item back or you have provided proof that you have sent it back.

The money will be refunded to the same bank account or payment card that was used to pay for the order (via Shopify Payments). The processing time of the bank or card company may extend the time it takes for the money to appear in your account.
