Processing times

We generally pack and dispatch in-stock items within 1–2 working days (Mon–Fri, excluding public holidays) of receiving payment.

Pre-order accessories (hats, scarves, wrist warmers, mittens and so on) are dispatched within 5 working days at the latest, and pre-order clothing and throws within 10 working days at the latest. Custom-made items are dispatched within 30 days at the latest. If an order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, by default we send them in one parcel once the whole order has been packed, unless otherwise agreed.

Delivery methods and prices

We ship to Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania and Finland. You choose the parcel locker in the basket.

Estonia
– Omniva, DPD or SmartPosti parcel locker – 1–3 working days, FREE

Latvia and Lithuania
– Omniva, DPD or SmartPosti parcel locker – 2–4 working days, 4.90 €
– FREE on orders from 100 €

Finland
– SmartPosti (Posti) or DPD parcel locker – 2–5 working days, 6.90 €
– FREE on orders from 100 €

The delivery price is also shown at checkout before you confirm your order. All prices are in euros (EUR).

In individual cases, the workload of the logistics company, the weather or other factors beyond our control may extend the delivery time.

Order tracking

Once your parcel has been dispatched, we will send you an email with a tracking link or parcel information. When the parcel is in the locker, the parcel service provider will send you a text message or email with the locker door code. Please collect the parcel as soon as possible so that it is not returned to the sender.

Customs and taxes

All prices are in euros (EUR). We only ship to European Union countries, so no customs duties or other cross-border charges are added to orders.

Delivery address and changes

Please check your name, phone number and chosen parcel locker carefully on your order. If you notice an error, write to us immediately at info.meknit@gmail.com. We can change the details as long as the parcel has not yet been handed over to the carrier.
